Wide Distribution of literature of the PAL starts from the Honourable CM, O. Ibobi Singh, since the first week of April, 2010. The PAL Team reached Manipur University, Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Imphal, the Central Library, Manipur. It will attend at a ceremony arranged by MSP, Mizoram to present the text in the Month of August, 2010 .
